To enter our prize drawing, please fill out the entry form (available starting 11/29) and provide your name, email, and phone number
Be sure to attach one of the following when you enter:

A picture or scan of your receipt from a participating shop.

An image of your electronic statement showing your purchase from a participating shop.
Purchases must be $25.00 or more and dated between 11/29/19 and 12/17/19
You may enter multiple times as long as each separate purchase is at least $25.00
Employees and their immediate family may not submit entries for their own store, however purchases from other participating businesses are allowed.
Submission deadline: Noon on 12/17/2018
Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the deadline
Prizes awarded on Wednesday, December 18th
(must be in Issaquah on 12/18/2019 and agree to photo op to receive cash prizes)
