Issaquah Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has earned three prestigious awards in 2016. These awards were the result of their dedication and commitment to always improve services.
Issaquah Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is one of two Washington State facilities to be honored with the 2016 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award by the American Health Care Association. Since 1997 only 10 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Washington State have won the Silver Award.
Silver Achievement Award winners have demonstrated a commitment to a rigorous journey of continuous improvement in the quality of care provided to residents in long term care.

Lisa Stubenrauch, was named National 2016 Nurse Administrator of the Year by NADONA. (National Association Directors of Nursing Administration) This award reflects Lisa’s commitment to provide excellent care to her patients and the community.
Issaquah Nursing was also awarded the 2016 QUALIS Health Award of Excellent in Health Care Quality for Post-Acute Care.
